- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years as on 29/06/2026. Age relaxation: General category women – 5 years (max 45); Reserved category women – 10 years (max 45); General category disabled women – 15 years (max 45); Reserved category disabled women – 20 years (max 45); Ex-Servicemen – service period + 3 years.
- Pay Scale: Fixed pay of Rs. 26,000/- per month for first 5 years. After 5 years, if service is satisfactory, regular appointment in 7th Pay Commission pay scale Rs. 19,900/- to Rs. 63,200/- (Level-2).

- Written Competitive Examination: A single-stage MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) based competitive examination in CBRT/OMR mode will be conducted.
- Exam Structure:
– Part-A (90 Marks, 90 Questions): Reasoning & Data Interpretation (30 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (30 marks), Constitution of India, Current Affairs, Gujarati & English Comprehension (30 marks).
– Part-B (120 Marks, 120 Questions): Subject-related questions – Community Health Nursing, Health Promotion, Primary Health Care Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Midwifery, Health Center Management (20 marks each).
– Total: 210 Questions, 210 Marks, Duration: 3 hours (180 minutes). - Negative Marking: 1/4 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Minimum Qualifying Standard: 40% in both Part-A and Part-B separately (applicable to all categories).
- Merit List: Based on total marks obtained in the competitive examination. Bonus marks of 5% are added for Widow candidates and Sports persons (National/Inter-University/SGFI level) as per rules.
- Document Verification: Approximately 2x the number of vacancies (category-wise) will be called for document verification based on provisional merit.
- Final Selection List: Prepared based on merit after document verification.

- Vacancy Distribution: Total 155 vacancies – Unreserved: 17, EWS: 15, SEBC: 80, SC: 00, ST: 43. All 155 vacancies are reserved for women.

- EWS Candidates: Must submit Income and Asset Certificate in Annexure-KH (English) or Parishisht-Ga (Gujarati) format obtained between 30/06/2023 and 29/06/2026, OR Income and Asset Certificate for Central Government EWS reservation obtained between 01/04/2026 and 29/06/2026.
