Selection Procedure

- Personal Interview (PI): Selection shall be based entirely on performance in the Personal Interview with 100% weightage.
- Zone of Consideration: Candidates will be called for PI in the ratio of 1:5 (5 candidates per vacancy). For a single vacancy, 10 candidates will be shortlisted.
- Shortlisting Criteria:
- For each completed year of relevant experience beyond the minimum requirement, 1 mark shall be awarded. For incomplete periods, 1/365 mark per day.
- For every additional degree over the minimum essential qualification in the relevant cadre/discipline: 1 mark (maximum 2 marks).
- HCL reserves the right to conduct a written screening test to shortlist candidates for Personal Interview, as per requirement.
