- Appointment is on a Fixed-Term, Full-Time Contract Basis for a period of three (03) years, subject to yearly review.
- Re-engagement after the initial contract is at the discretion of the Institute subject to good performance, physical fitness, and Institute requirements.
- No other allowances such as TA, DA, HRA, LTC/HTC etc. will be admissible. Annual CTC includes Medical Benefits, Medi-Claim, Leave encashment, Telephone/Newspaper bill reimbursement, Canteen Subsidy, and Performance Linked Incentive.
- The amount of remuneration shall remain unchanged for the entire term of the contract. No annual increment/percentage increase during the contract period.
- The contractual engagement is on full-time basis. No other professional appointment (paid or otherwise) is permitted during the term of engagement.
- Posting will be in Mumbai only. Selected candidates must make their own accommodation arrangements.
- Medical fitness certificate from a civil surgeon/Doctor on empanelment with LIC of India/PSBs and Police Verification is mandatory at the time of joining.
- These positions are not open to internal candidates, either regular or contractual.
- Candidates who have defaulted in repayment under any lending arrangement with Banks/NBFCs/Financial Institutions are not eligible unless regularized/repaid before the date of offer of appointment.
- Integrity should not have been doubtful; no punishment/penalty should have been imposed during service/career; should not be convicted by any court in India.
- Any dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of Courts situated at Mumbai.
