- Service Agreement Bond: Selected candidates joining as Hindi Officer (Grade E) must execute a Service Bond of Rs. 2 Lakhs and serve a minimum period of 3 years in IBPS, failing which Rs. 2 Lakhs shall be payable to IBPS.
- Probation Period: 1 year from the date of joining (extendable at the discretion of the Institute).
- Place of Posting: IBPS, Mumbai only. Candidates must make their own accommodation arrangements in Mumbai.
- Wait List: A wait list will be maintained for need-based requirements, valid for 6 months.
- Medical Fitness: Medical fitness certificate from a Civil Surgeon/Doctor empanelled with LIC of India/PSBs and Police Verification is mandatory at the time of joining.

- Desirable Experience: One year experience of translation work from English to Hindi and vice-versa of various reports/documents/letters in a bank/financial institution. Exposure/experience related to development of AI-based tools for translation would be an added qualification.
- Job Description: Translation of confidential examination questions in Hindi/English and development of Objective type/Descriptive tests to test proficiency in Hindi language for various posts.
