- This engagement is purely on a Fixed Term Contract basis for an initial period of 2 years, extendable for 1 year based on requirement and satisfactory performance.
- The engagement will not entitle any candidate to claim regular/permanent employment in IRCTC.
- The contract is liable to be terminated by giving one month’s notice by either side. If performance is unsatisfactory, 15 days’ notice may be given.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Selected candidates must furnish a security deposit of Rs. 25,000 in the form of a Demand Draft. Minimum service period of one year is required; failing which the SD amount is liable to be forfeited.
