Selection Procedure

- Written Test (Computer Based Test – CBT): Objective type, Multiple Choice Questions, duration 2 hours.
– Section-I: 100 MCQs on Professional Knowledge in relevant trade/discipline.
– Section-II: 50 MCQs on General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and English.
– Each correct answer: 1 mark. No negative marking. No marks for unattempted questions.
– Minimum qualifying marks: UR/EWS – 50% in each section; SC/ST/OBC-NCL – 45% in each section.
– Question paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English). - Skill Test (Trade Test / Computer Proficiency Test): Qualifying in nature only. Candidates who qualify CBT will be called in ratio of 1:5 (5 candidates per post) in order of merit.
- Final Merit List: Prepared trade-wise and category-wise for each unit separately, based on marks obtained in Written Test/CBT only (for candidates who qualify Skill Test).
- Document Verification: Of provisionally selected candidates prior to issuance of offer letters.
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Before joining, selected candidates must undergo medical examination as prescribed by the Company.
