- Post Codes 60-68 & 70 (Technical Assistant, Technician B, Cook A): Written Test (OMR/Offline) + Skill Test (Curriculum based, GO/NO-GO basis). Final selection based on Written Test scores. In case of tie, academic scores of notified qualification shall be the tie-breaker.
- Post Code 71 (Fireman A): Written Test + Skill Test (Physical Efficiency Test – Stage 1: 1500m/800m Run; Stage 2: Rope Climbing, Fireman’s Lift, Long Jump, 100m Run) + Detailed Medical Examination. Final empanelment in order of Written Test marks.
- Written Test Details (Post Codes 60-62 & 63-68): 80 MCQs, 90 minutes. +1 for correct, -0.33 for wrong. Minimum passing: 32/80 (UR), 24/80 (Reserved categories).
- Written Test Details (Post Codes 70 & 71): 100 MCQs, 120 minutes. +1 for correct, -0.25 for wrong.
- Skill Test (Post Codes 60-68): 100 marks; minimum qualifying: 50 (UR), 40 (Reserved). Shortlisting ratio 1:5 (minimum 10 per post).
- Skill Test (Post Code 70 – Cook A): 100 marks; minimum qualifying: 60 marks.
- Skill Test (Post Code 71 – Fireman A): Shortlisting ratio 1:50 from Written Test qualifiers meeting PME norms. Qualifying in all PET events is mandatory.
- Written Test will be held offline (OMR) at Tirunelveli & Chennai. Choice of city to be made at time of application and cannot be changed later.

- Initial place of posting: IPRC, Mahendragiri, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu. Candidates may be posted at any ISRO Centre/Unit anywhere in India.
