- Senior Assistant (Civil), Senior Assistant (Electrical), Assistant (Accounts), Junior Stenographer, Junior Assistant (General Cadre): Final merit will be prepared based on fulfilling the requisite eligibility criteria of experience prescribed in the Recruitment Rules (wherever applicable) and consolidated marks and merit secured by the individual applicant in the respective SSC examination (Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination-2024, Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination-2024, Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination, 2024-Grade-C).
- Senior Assistant (Architecture): Merit list will be prepared based on fulfilling the requisite eligibility criteria of experience prescribed in the Recruitment Rules and marks/merit secured by candidates who appeared and secured qualifying cut-off marks in GATE 2024/2025/2026 for Architecture and Planning (Paper: AR).
- Document Verification: Candidates found provisionally eligible shall be called for document verification. Names of shortlisted candidates will be published on the ITPO website and call letters sent to registered email IDs.
