Selection Procedure

- Shorthand Test: All candidates whose applications are in order will be called for the Shorthand Test. A passage containing 600 words will be dictated at the rate of 120 words per minute for about 05 minutes. Candidates shall transcribe the dictated passage within 45 minutes on a Computer. Maximum Marks: 100, Minimum Passing Marks: 60.
- Interview: Candidates will be called for interview in order of merit from among successful candidates in the Shorthand Test. As far as possible, candidates equal to five times the number of vacancies in each respective category will be called. Maximum Marks: 20, Minimum Passing Marks: 10.
- Grand Total: 120 Marks (Minimum: 70 Marks to qualify overall).
