- Contract Period: 11 Months or until Direct Recruitment to the said posts, whichever is earlier.
- Posting: Contract employees will be stationed at the place of working but may be required to visit/work at any Mines/Quarry owned by the Company across Karnataka.
- Allowances: No separate monthly allowances like HRA or Conveyance Allowance will be paid, except Dust/Risk Allowance. Travel and daily allowance will be reimbursed as per company rules if travel outside the place of working is required.
- Leave: 10 days Casual Leave and 09 days Sick Leave per calendar year. Un-availed leave cannot be carried forward except Casual Leave accrued in December which can be availed in January of the next year.
- TA/DA for Interview: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Walk-In Interview.
- Termination: Contract may be terminated with one month’s notice under specified conditions including inability to perform work, unsatisfactory quality, unauthorized absence, or proven misconduct (immediate termination without notice).
- Notice Period: Contract employee must give 30 days’ notice if opting to quit.
- Confidentiality: Contract employees must not disclose company information to any outside person or establishment during or after the engagement.
- Jurisdiction: Legal disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the place of working or Bangalore only.
- Tax Deductions: Statutory taxes will be deducted at source before payment of remuneration.
