Selection Procedure

The exam consists of 100 questions (100 marks) in 60 minutes covering: General/Financial Awareness (25 marks), General English (25 marks), Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude (25 marks), and Quantitative Aptitude (25 marks). Medium: English/Hindi.
- Step 3 – Document Verification & Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted based on the entrance examination result will be invited for Document Verification & Personal Interview at LIC HFL offices on 15-Nov-2026.
- Step 4 – Engagement Letter: Final selected candidates will be issued engagement letters by LIC HFL tentatively in the 3rd week of November 2026.

- Nature of Engagement: Apprenticeship is an On Job Training (NOT employment). Apprentices are NOT employees; they are ONLY Trainees. LIC HFL is NOT obliged to provide full-time employment to its apprentices.
- Proficiency Certificate: All apprentices who successfully complete their apprenticeship will be issued a Proficiency Certificate by BOAT and can contact BFSI Sector Skill Council of India for placement/employment opportunities in BFSI sector companies.
- Apprenticeship Period: 12 Months, starting tentatively in November 2026.
- Previous Work Experience: The candidate should NOT have a Running/Terminated/Completed Apprenticeship contract with any other organization.
- Examination Mode: Online remote proctored examination to be given from home using a camera-enabled desktop/laptop/tablet/smartphone with good internet connectivity, in absolute privacy.
- ID Proof: Candidates must display their Aadhar Card as ID Proof during the online examination (as uploaded on the NATS portal).
