- Appointment Duration: Initially on adhoc basis for a period of 44 days. Extension subject to satisfactory work and conduct report from HOD and written request from the concerned doctor, or till regular appointment of Junior Resident, whichever is earlier.
- Leave Entitlement: 2½ days leave per complete calendar month. No carry forward of leave to the succeeding month.
- Benefits Not Admissible: LTC, Pensionary benefits, Group Insurance, Study Leave, and Child Care Leave are not admissible.
- Maternity Leave: Admissible as per the Maternity Benefits (Amendment) Act 2017 for appointed female Junior Residents.
- Notice Period: Contract may be terminated by either side with 10 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof.
- No Regularization: Selection is purely on contractual basis and does not confer any right for regularization or permanent absorption.
- Private Practice: Not allowed.
- NOC: Selected candidates who join will not be given NOC of any kind for any purpose (passport, visa, etc.).
- OBC/EWS Certificates: Only certificates issued by the Government of NCT of Delhi will be accepted. OBC Certificate must mention Non-Creamy Layer status for the current financial year.
- Jurisdiction: In case of any legal dispute, jurisdiction of Courts will be Delhi/New Delhi only.
