  • This appointment is purely on contract basis and not on a regular basis. The contract is valid till 31.03.2027.
  • The candidate appointed on contract basis can be discontinued at any time if not required.
  • Candidature can be cancelled at any time and any stage if the candidate does not fulfil requisite qualifications or submits false information/certificates.
  • Selected candidates will be appointed at LTMG Hospital & Medical College and can be transferred to Municipal Medical College as per requirement.
  • Candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate from the previous employer if currently in service.
  • Selected candidates are only eligible for Casual Leave and Special Casual Leave as per circular No. Director/M.E. & M.H/3644 dated 14.10.2022. No other leave is applicable.
  • If a candidate appointed on contract basis desires to resign, he/she must submit resignation with a one month advance notice.
  • If Assistant Professors become available on a regular basis through direct service, the contractual appointments will be terminated.
  • If MS-CIT and SSC/HSC with Marathi Subject certificates are not available at the time of interview, they must be submitted within 3 months (MS-CIT) and 6 months (SSC/HSC with Marathi) from the date of appointment.
