- The appointment is on adhoc basis for a period of six months or till regular appointments are made by the Hon’ble High Court, whichever is earlier.
- Number of vacancies may be altered without any prior notice.
- Only EWS, Scheduled Caste, BC/OBC, Ex-Serviceman, Freedom Fighter candidates of Punjab domicile are eligible for reservation benefits.
- Reservation for PwBD candidates shall be provided as per rules.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories must attach a copy of their respective category certificate issued by the competent authority, failing which they will be considered in General Category.
- All particulars including category and sub-category once filled shall be sacrosanct and no change shall be permitted at any stage.
- Applications must be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS and submitted with all requisite documents.
- Each envelope must contain only one application, superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CLERK ON ADHOC BASIS”.
- Incomplete or wrongly filled forms will be summarily rejected.
