Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:

Written Test (Online/Offline): All eligible candidates must appear for a written test (Online or Offline mode). Total Marks: 70 (comprising General Aptitude & Domain Knowledge). The schedule and syllabus will be communicated in advance.
Interview: Candidates who qualify the written test (as per merit list) will appear for an Interview. Total Marks: 30 (comprising Experience, Educational Qualification & Domain Knowledge). For MTS/Attendants, an Oral Aptitude Test may be conducted in place of Interview. A final merit list will be prepared based on Written Test + Interview marks.
Pre-employment Medical Examination (PME): Selected candidates as per merit list will undergo medical fitness examination at MAHA-Metro’s nominated hospital as per the medical category prescribed for the respective post. Candidates failing the medical test will not be given alternative employment.
Issue of Call Letters: Call letters will be issued to candidates found medically fit.

Other Important Information

Recruitment is on Contract basis for a period of Three (03) years.
Applicants must be residents of Maharashtra State and must possess a domicile certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
Selected candidates will be eligible for DA, Perks, and other allowances as applicable in MAHA-Metro.
The number of vacancies is provisional and may increase, decrease, or become nil depending on actual requirements.
Age limits and experience will be reckoned as on the Closing Date of the application (25.09.2026).
Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD will be as per Government norms.
Selected candidates must sign a service/surety bond to serve MAHA-Metro for a minimum period of three years (exclusive of Leave Without Pay/Extra Ordinary Leave periods).
There is no guarantee for promotion/advancement to higher grades within the contract period.
Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with separate fees.
Selected candidates may be posted at any place where MAHA-Metro project is in operation or likely to be started.
