Nature of Appointment: Posts are available on Regular, Contract, and/or Deputation basis as specified for each post.
Surety Bond: Selected candidates must execute a surety bond as per MMRCL Surety & Training Cost Recovery Bond Policy (revised 13th Jan 2026). Bond amounts: E8 – Rs. 4,00,000/-; E5–E7 – Rs. 4,00,000/-; E4 – Rs. 3,00,000/-; E1–E3 – Rs. 3,00,000/-; W5–W8 – Rs. 2,00,000/-; W3–W4 – Rs. 2,00,000/-; W1–W2 – Rs. 1,00,000/-.
