Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:

Screening: Applications will be screened based on eligibility criteria. Qualifying percentage: UR/OBC-NCL/EWS – 60% & above; SC/ST/PwBD – 50% & above in qualifying examination.
Written Test: To be held at Prayagraj on 23/08/2026. Duration: 2½ hours. The test comprises Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in 3 parts:
- Part-I: 20 questions on General Awareness
- Part-II: 40 questions on English & Reasoning
- Part-III: 100 questions on concerned Discipline/Trade/Stream
Each question carries 1 mark. No negative marking. Candidates must secure at least 50% marks to qualify (10% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD).
Document Verification: Candidates who qualify the Written Test will be called for Document Verification in order of merit. Number of candidates called will be limited to the number of posts notified (Discipline/Category wise).
Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Provisionally selected candidates must undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Examination. No relaxation in health standards.
Final Selection: Based on performance in the Written Test, subject to satisfactory Medical Report and verification of Character & Antecedents.

Nature of Employment: Fixed Term Employment (FTE) Basis for a period of Four (04) years. The tenure ends automatically on completion of four years from the date of joining without any further notice.
Place of Posting: Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL), UPSIDA Industrial Area, Naini, Prayagraj, UP. Candidates are liable to be transferred/posted/deputed to any place as per organizational requirements.
Termination: Employment can be terminated during tenure by giving one month’s notice by either party or payment of consolidated monthly pay in lieu of notice.
No Permanent Employment: The tenure-based engagement will not confer any right to claim the status of a regular/permanent employee.
Induction Training: Selected personnel will undergo Induction Training and may be deployed in shifts as per company requirements.
Additional Benefits: Casual Leave, Earned Leave (2.5 days/month), Company Uniform (4 sets once in 2 years), Stitching Charges, Shoes Allowance, Meal Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Gratuity (after minimum 1 year of service), Maternity Benefits (for female personnel), EPF.
