- The offer of Apprenticeship does not confer any right of employment in NFC.
- There is no provision for appointment of the Apprenticeship Trainee in NFC after completion of training.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 in any Government, PSU or Private Organization are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates with post-graduation are not eligible to apply.
- Reservations will be applied as per provisions of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992. SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates must mention their category at the time of NATS portal registration.
- Selected candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate from Assistant Civil Surgeon/Civil Surgeon at the time of joining.
- Accommodation is provided subject to availability of quarters; otherwise candidates must arrange their own accommodation.
- Candidates must obtain a Police Verification Certificate of address mentioned on their Aadhaar card before joining.
- No TA & DA shall be admissible for joining if selected.
- Selected candidates must execute a contract for a period of one year of training as per provisions of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961.
- Any canvassing or personal follow-up shall lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of NFC Management shall be final.
