Other Important Information
- Probation Period: Selected candidates for Assistant General Manager and Manager posts will be on probation for 1 year of active service from the date of joining, extendable at the Bank’s discretion.
- Deputation Tenure: Deputation for GM (IT) and DGM (HR) shall be for 3 years, subject to annual performance review. The selected candidate may be given the option of absorption in the Bank at the end of tenure, subject to satisfactory performance and No Objection of the Parent Organization.
- Contract Period: The Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary) on contract shall be appointed for a period of 3 years. The contract can be terminated by either side after giving one month’s notice without assigning any reason.
- Posting/Transfer: Selected candidates are liable to be posted/transferred at the sole discretion of the Bank to its various offices anywhere in India.
- Reservation: Vacancies include SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, and UR categories. PwBD reservation is horizontal within overall vacancies. OBC Creamy Layer candidates must apply as Unreserved.
- CIBIL: Candidates who have defaulted in repayment of loans/credit card dues and have not regularized/repaid outstanding amounts till the date of offer of appointment shall not be eligible for appointment.
- Travel Reimbursement: Eligible outstation candidates attending the interview will be reimbursed Third AC rail fare (Mail/Express) or bus fare through shortest route or actual expenses (whichever is lower) on production of travel evidence.
