- Basis of Recruitment: Direct Contract Basis (IDA Pay Scale).
- Nationality: Indian Nationals only.
- Experience Criteria: Minimum 6 years supervisory or above level experience in Govt. Sector only. Experience in private sector or as Management Trainee/Graduate Engineer Trainee/Apprenticeship shall not be counted.
- Present Pay Scale Criteria: Candidates must be presently working in IDA pay scale of INR 40,000-1,25,000 OR CDA pay scale of INR 44,900-1,42,400 (L-7), OR working for 2 years in IDA pay scale of INR 37,000-1,15,000/35,000-1,10,000 OR CDA pay scale of INR 35,400-1,12,400 (L-6) or above.
- Candidates from Private Sector: Candidates presently working in private sector or on contract basis at consolidated pay in govt. sector are NOT eligible to apply.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC (NCL): 3 years (applicable only for reserved posts).
- Surety Bond: Selected candidates must execute a Surety Bond of INR 1,50,000 to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of 3 years (plus training cost & GST as applicable).
- Probation: Probation period as per Corporation Policy; 3 months’ notice period required before resignation.
- Compensation Package: Basic Pay, HRA@30%, IDA@55.7%, Perks@31.5%, PF, Gratuity, Medical benefits at CGHS Rates.
