- Advertisement No.: ASSAM/WS/CONSLT-2026-27
- Period of Engagement: Purely on contract basis for 02 (two) years — initially for one year and an additional one year subject to satisfactory performance and existence of requirement.
- Annual Increment: 5% on the monthly honorarium part only, if tenure is extended to the second year subject to satisfactory performance in the first year.
- Payment Structure: 80% of monthly honorarium along with phone charge reimbursement paid monthly; remaining 20% paid after performance assessment at end of engagement period.
- Leave: One day paid leave per completed month of duty (equivalent to 2 days for consultants posted as competent persons due to on/off duty nature). Leave lapses on completion of tenure; no encashment allowed.
- Duty Pattern: Round the clock (RTC) shift duty in 12-hour duty pattern on Charter hired/O&M operated Work Over Rigs in Assam Asset.
- No TA/DA: Candidates must make their own arrangements for attending written test and interview.
- Accommodation: Engaged personnel must make their own arrangements for stay in Assam Asset.
- No Regular Employment Claim: Selected candidates will have no right to claim regular employment in ONGC by virtue of this contractual engagement.
- Termination: ONGC reserves the right to cancel engagement at any time. In normal course, engagement may be terminated by either side with one month’s notice.
- Compensation: Inclusive of service tax, which is to be borne by the individual.
- ONGC reserves the right to vary the number of positions depending on availability of sufficient applicants.
