- Contract Duration: Initially up to 1 year; renewable up to 1 year at a time, for a maximum total period of 3 years from the date of joining, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Nature of Engagement: Purely on Contract Basis.
- Annual Increment: 3% per annum on consolidated remuneration, rounded to next Rs. 10/-, on each completed year of service.
- Site Allowance: Rs. 250/- per day for actual days of attendance at project/site locations (excluding Noida, Vadodara, and Inspection Offices at Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad).
- North East Allowance: Rs. 5,000/- per month for Degree Engineers and Rs. 3,000/- per month for Diploma Engineers posted in North East India (applicable only to non-domiciles of the eight North Eastern States).
- PF & Gratuity: Payable as per statutory labour codes.
- Salary Proof Requirement: Candidate should have worked for at least 2 years earning monthly gross salary ≥ 70% of the applicable consolidated remuneration.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC (NCL): 3 years; PWD: 10 years. No candidate aged 56 years or above is eligible.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60% in Degree/Diploma (55% for SC/ST). No rounding up of percentage permitted.
- Posting: Candidates may be posted/transferred to any PDIL office or project site across India.
- Termination: PDIL reserves the right to terminate the contract with one month’s notice.
