Other Important Information

  • The appointment is purely on contractual basis for 03 years and does not confer any right to regular/permanent employment in PMBI.
  • There will be a six months’ observation period during the first year of the contract. During this period, if performance is unsatisfactory, the contract may be terminated with 07 days’ notice.
  • After the observation period, the contract may be terminated by giving 30 days’ notice or 30 days’ remuneration in lieu thereof.
  • If an employee leaves/resigns/abandons service or violates terms during the first year of contract, liquidated damages equivalent to three months’ consolidated pay will be payable.
  • The contract may or may not be extended beyond 03 years based on performance.
  • The incumbent is liable to be transferred/posted anywhere in India at the discretion of PMBI.
  • Other facilities include: Provident Fund, Group Mediclaim Policy (Rs. 5 Lacs or Rs. 10 Lacs depending on post), Group Term Life Insurance of Rs. 10 Lacs, and Group Accidental Insurance of Rs. 10 Lacs.
  • The cut-off date for age and experience will be the date of publishing of the advertisement.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Interview.
