PSSSB Jail Warder/Matron 2024 PMT Detail
Warder (Only for Males)
Physical Measurement Test (PMT):-
(i) Physical standards Minimum Height:
a) 5 feet 7 inches,
b) 5 feet 4-1/2 inches in case of Dogras and Gurkhas.
(ii) Chest:- 33’ unexpanded 34-1/2’ expanded.
(iii) Vision:– Normal in both eyes (with or without spectacles) (must not be colour blind.)
3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
(i) For male candidates:-

2. Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
(i) Physical Standards Minimum Heights: 5 feet 3 inches
Weight:- 50 Kg and above
Vision:- Normal in both eyes(with or without spectacles) (must not be colour blind.)
3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
(i) For Female Candidates:-
