Selection Procedure

- Selection will be made through a competitive examination (online/offline mode).
- The examination consists of two parts:
- Written Examination: Part-First (180 Marks) + Part-Second (270 Marks) = 450 Marks
- Proficiency Test: 100 Marks
- Total: 550 Marks
- Only candidates who obtain minimum qualifying marks in the written examination (as per the scheme of examination) will be eligible for the Proficiency Test.
- A maximum of 5 times the number of vacancies will be called for the Proficiency Test from among eligible candidates.
- Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured in the examination.

- Probation Period: Selected candidates will be appointed on probation for an initial period of 2 years with a fixed remuneration of Rs. 14,600/- per month. Regular Pay-Matrix salary will be paid after successful completion of probation.
- Reservation: 30% horizontal reservation for women (category-wise); 8% for widows and 2% for divorcees out of the 30% women quota. 5% reservation for More Backward Class (non-creamy layer) and 10% for Economically Weaker Section of Rajasthan.
- Specially Abled Persons: 1 vacancy reserved for Blindness/Low Vision (B/LV) category. Disability must be 40% or more. Permanent Disability Certificate from authorized Medical Officer required. Scribe facility available as per Rajasthan Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018. Compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour allowed for scribe users.
- Citizenship: Candidates must be citizens of India or eligible persons from Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugees (before 01.01.1962), or persons of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with intention to permanently settle in India.
- Children Norm: Candidates with more than 2 children born on or after 01.04.2007 are not eligible (with specified exceptions).
