Assistant Officer (Secretarial) E0 Grade

- Qualification: Option 1: Three years Regular and Full time Graduate (any discipline, UGC/AICTE recognized) + Two years Regular and Full time Post Graduate (any discipline, UGC/AICTE recognized) + 01 year Govt. Recognized Diploma in Executive Assistant/EPA/Office Management & Secretarial Practice/Modern Office Management/Stenography or equivalent. Min. 55% in Graduation (50% for SC). Min. 4 years post-qualification experience as Secretarial Assistant/Secretary or similar.
- Age Limit: UR/EWS: 32 years
- Pay Scale: E0 Grade: Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000. Minimum Gross Monthly Salary approx. Rs. 65,000/- (Basic Pay + VDA 53.4% + Perks 34% + HRA 30% for Class A cities/applicable rates for other cities)
Selection Procedure

- Online Test (Computer Based): Objective type test of 90 minutes duration. Total 100 questions: 50 questions from discipline-related curriculum (2 marks each) and 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge/Awareness (1 mark each). Negative marking applicable. Medium: Hindi (Rajbhasha) and English. Conducted at centres in Bhopal, Delhi/Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/MMR region, Nagpur.
- Skill Test (Qualifying Nature): Conducted after Online Test. Total 100 marks: Practical Job Knowledge & Handling of role (70 marks) + Safety Awareness & Computer Knowledge (20 marks) + Communication Skills (10 marks). Minimum qualifying marks: 60 (55 for SC candidates). Skill Test is qualifying in nature and does not contribute to merit.
- Document Verification: Candidates must upload all relevant documents at the time of online registration. Documents verified before Skill Test.
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Selected candidates must be declared medically fit by RCF’s designated physician.
- Final Merit: Based 100% on Online Test marks. In case of tie: (a) Percentage in qualifying examination, (b) Highest percentage in SSC, (c) Date of Birth (elder candidate ranked higher).
