Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:
- Scrutiny of Applications: Applications will be scrutinized based on submitted documents. Candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted.
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): In case of a large number of applications, a computer-based test may be conducted in Delhi-NCR region and/or other cities of India for shortlisting candidates for interview. No TA/boarding & lodging will be provided for the test.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. Candidates must qualify with a minimum average of 50% marks in the interview.
- Merit List: In case of a tie in total marks (up to two decimals) after the personal interview, the percentage of marks in the qualifying examination will be considered. If still equal, the date of birth (elder candidate ranked higher) will be used.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates must be medically examined and declared fit by the Company’s Medical Officer or a Civil Surgeon/CMO/Medical Superintendent of State/Government Hospitals.
- Document Verification: Appointment is provisional and subject to verification of degree certificates, caste/PwBD certificates, and character & antecedents from competent authorities.

- Joint Venture: RFCL is a Joint Venture of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), Engineers India Limited (EIL), and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL).
- Plant Location: 2200 MT/day Ammonia and 3850 MT/day Neem Coated Urea Plant at Ramagundam, Peddapalli District, Telangana.
- Posting Locations: Ramagundam Plant, Telangana and Corporate Office, Noida. Candidates must be willing to serve anywhere in India.
- Shift Work: Selected candidates may be required to work in general and/or rotating shifts including night shifts.
- Minimum Marks: Essential/mandatory educational qualification must be completed on full-time regular basis with minimum 60% marks (except CA/CMA) from a UGC/AICTE/State Technical Board recognized University/Institute. Part-time/correspondence/distance/online/evening classes are not eligible.
- Work Experience: Post-qualification in-line executive experience only. Apprenticeship under Apprentices Act 1961 and contract-based experience through empaneled agencies will not be counted. Management Trainee/GET experience counted only if regularized in the same company.
- NOC Requirement: Candidates from Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies must produce NOC from present employer at the time of interview or submit an undertaking to produce relieving order if selected.
- Age Relaxations: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC(NCL): 3 years; UR-PwBD: 10 years; PwBD-SC/ST: 15 years; PwBD-OBC(NCL): 13 years; J&K domicile (01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989): 5 years. Maximum age after relaxation shall not exceed 56 years as on cut-off date.
- Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA): @ 20% of Basic Pay payable to Addl. CMO/CMO-Medical in addition to other allowances.
