- Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank.
- Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order in the merit list.

Other Important Information
- Contract Period: 2 Years initially. On completion, renewal can be considered for a maximum period of 2 years, within the outer limit of 65 years of age (for DBA Navy & CAPF Advisor) or 65 years (CDBA outer limit 65 years, re-engagement max age ≤ 62 years) at Bank’s discretion.
- Notice Period: Contract can be terminated from either side by giving 30 days’ notice or by paying 1 month’s compensation without assigning any reasons.
- Leave: 30 days per financial year (intervening Sundays/Holidays not counted).
- Variable Pay: Released based on 95% and above score in OASIS appraisal (done half-yearly).
- Increment: Not Applicable (Fixed Salary).
- Other Perks: Mobile calling bill as per entitlement.
- Candidates can apply for ONLY ONE POST.
- CDBA candidates can apply for only one location from Kolkata, Lucknow, or Pune.
- CIBIL: Candidates who have defaulted in repayment under any lending arrangement with Banks/NBFCs/Financial Institutions including credit card dues and have not regularized/repaid their outstanding till the date of issuance of letter of offer shall not be eligible.
- OBC Creamy Layer: Candidates belonging to OBC category but in the ‘Creamy Layer’ are not entitled to OBC reservation and age relaxation. They should indicate their category as ‘UR’.
- PwBD: Horizontal reservation provided to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (not less than 40% disability) as per RPWD Act, 2016.
- Travelling Expenses: Outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed to & fro travelling expenses by Air (economy class) by the shortest route in India from their residence/place of work or actual expenses incurred (whichever is lower).
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be instituted only in Mumbai courts/tribunals/forums.
- Transfer Policy: Bank reserves the right to transfer services to any office of SBI in India or depute to associates/subsidiaries or any other organization.
