Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure:
- Shortlisting: Mere fulfilment of minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank shall be final.
- Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- CTC Negotiation: CTC negotiations will be done with candidates in the order of Merit one by one. If a selected candidate does not agree with the negotiated CTC, the candidate shall be considered as Voluntary Exit and the next candidate in the merit list shall be called for negotiation.
- Merit List: Merit list will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interview only. In case of a tie, candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order.
- Final Selection: Top-most candidates in the Merit List with whom CTC is negotiated successfully will be finally selected.

Other Important Information
- Candidates can apply for only ONE post. If a candidate applies for more than one post, only the last valid (completed) application will be retained and the fee paid for other registrations will be forfeited.
- Contract period is 3 years, extendable up to 2 more years subject to yearly review.
- Contract can be terminated by giving 3 months’ notice from either side or payment/surrender of 3 months’ compensation in lieu thereof.
- Annual CTC is negotiable and bifurcated into Fixed Pay (80%) and Variable Pay (20%).
- Variable pay is subject to securing minimum 90% marks in performance appraisal at half-yearly intervals.
- Annual increment from second year onwards can be up to 7% of annual CTC, subject to performance appraisal score of at least 90%.
- Leave entitlement: 30 days per financial year.
- Training/Teaching experience will NOT be counted for eligibility.
- Candidates serving in Govt./Quasi Govt./PSU/Nationalized Banks/SBI Group must submit NOC from employer at the time of interview.
- Suggested place of posting: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai (Bank reserves the right to post/transfer anywhere in India or depute to associates/subsidiaries).
- All revisions/corrigendum will be hosted on the Bank’s website only.
- Hard copy of application need not be sent to the office.
- Call letters/interview advice will be sent by email only (no hard copy).
- Legal proceedings, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction of Courts/Tribunals/Forums at Mumbai only.
