Selection Procedure:

Depending upon the number of applications received, SECI reserves the right to suitably revise upward the eligibility criteria or limit the number of applications to be called for a particular post based on marks obtained in Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma, years of experience in relevant area, or relevant additional qualification.
In case of receipt of a large number of applications for any particular post, Management reserves the right to conduct a Screening Test / Written Test / Trade Test / Skill Test, etc., as deemed fit.
Only shortlisted candidates who are found eligible based on the notified specifications will be called for a Written Test / Group Discussion (GD) / Interview, as the case may be.

The cut-off date for determining age limit and post-qualification experience will be the closing date of the notification.
Full-Time Consultancy / Young Professionals Experience shall be considered for Executive positions.
Working experience in a commercial entity/company of repute will only be considered.
All qualifications must be from UGC-recognized Indian University / UGC-recognized Indian Deemed University or AICTE-approved Autonomous Indian Institutions.

Teaching experience will not be counted towards work experience for eligibility purposes.
Candidates already removed/terminated/deserted from SECI Ltd will not be considered.

Fixed Term Executive positions: Initial engagement for 3 years, extendable up to 2 additional years based on project requirements and performance. Posting can be anywhere in India.
Age relaxation: OBC-NCL – 3 years; SC/ST – 5 years; PwBD – 10 years over and above category relaxation; Ex-Servicemen – as per GoI directives.
Persons suffering from not less than 40% of the relevant disability shall only be eligible for PwBD benefit.
