- Only completed Degree/Diploma holder candidates who completed their qualification in June 2021 or thereafter shall be considered for engagement as Apprentice Trainee.
- Candidates who have already completed their apprenticeship (if any) in the past at STPI or any other organization shall not be considered.
- It is mandatory for candidates to register on the NATS Portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) before applying through STPI’s Portal. The NATS Enrolment ID must be mentioned in the STPI Online Application.
- The stipend will be facilitated through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mechanism. The admissible Government share of stipend will be directly credited to the apprentices’ bank accounts through the NATS portal.
- STPI currently has 73 centers at different locations across India.
- Engagement is under the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act-1961 (amended from time to time).
- The apprenticeship period is one year.
