- Nature of Job: This is neither a Government Job nor a permanent job. Candidates will be recruited on contract basis only. Selected candidates will be on probation for one year; on successful completion, they will be appointed on contract basis for 5 years (renewable yearly based on performance).
- Caution Deposit: Selected candidates must keep a caution deposit of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Five Thousand Only) with Stree Nidhi for two years at the time of joining.
- Posting: Candidates must apply for vacancies in their native district only. They will generally be posted in their native district but not in their native Mandal. Stree Nidhi reserves the right to post anywhere in the state due to administrative exigencies.
- Vehicle Requirement: Candidates must own a two-wheeler or acquire one within three months of joining. A valid driving license must be possessed on the date of posting or within two months of joining. Candidates without vehicle and driving licence will be discontinued.
- Language Requirement: Must be able to Speak, Read and Write in Telugu and English.
- Nativity: Candidate must be a native of Telangana state only. Nativity certificate issued by MRO only will be considered.
- SHG Member Reservation: 10% of posts (12 positions) in each district are reserved for Self Help Group (SHG) members. SHG applicants must not be defaulters in repayment to Stree Nidhi or any banks.
- PWD Reservation: Reservation for Persons with Disabilities is limited only to OH category.
