Selection Procedure

- Experience (15 Marks): 1 mark for every completed block of 6 months of service in Govt./Semi-Govt./Public Sector Institutions or hospitals with minimum 500 beds complying with statutory requirements (EPF, ESI, etc.). Maximum: 15 marks.
- Interview (10 Marks)
Tie-breaking: In case of equal marks, the elder candidate is preferred. If age is also equal, the candidate with more experience is preferred.
