- Must have served as an SHG Promoter (Community Resource Person) for a minimum of 2 years.

- Must belong to the target population identified through social survey (BPL/target families).
- In hilly areas with Adivasi (tribal) residents, if no eligible female member is available, a male member may be selected with special approval of the District Collector.

- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have experience in visiting banks, completing transactions, and filling loan applications.
