- Qualification: Passed Madhyamik examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or equivalent; Elementary knowledge in Computer operation with typing ability at 20 wpm in English or 10 wpm in Bengali.
- Age Limit: 18 to 45 years as on 01.01.2024 (born not earlier than 02.01.1979 and not later than 01.01.2006). Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC (non-creamy layer) – 3 years; PwBD – up to 45 years; Ex-Servicemen – as per rules.
- Pay Scale: Level 6, Rs. 22,700/- to Rs. 58,500/- plus DA, MA, and HRA as per ROPA, 2019
Selection Procedure

- Medical Examination: Selected candidates will appear before a Medical Board for fitness certification for Government Service.

- Final Merit List: Prepared on the basis of total marks in Part-I and Part-II combined, subject to qualifying the Computer/Typing test.
