Selection Procedure

- Registration & Document Verification: Candidates must register at the walk-in venue between 09:00 hrs and 11:30 hrs. Only candidates who successfully complete document verification will be shortlisted for the next stage.

- Merit-Based Final Selection (A+B+C):

- B. Relevant Experience (30 marks):
- Project Engineer on Contract: 15 marks for initial 3 years + 5 marks per additional year (max 30 marks).
- Technical Officer on Contract & APE-C: 10 marks for initial 1 year + 10 marks per additional year (max 30 marks).
- Senior Artisan on Contract: 15 marks for initial 2 years + 5 marks per additional year (max 30 marks).
- C. Personal Interview (50 marks).
Note: Experience from Academic Institutions, Colleges, Internship, or Project work will not be considered for post-qualification experience calculation.

- Nature of Appointment: Purely temporary/contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable up to 4 years (including initial term) depending on project requirements and satisfactory performance.
- Division: Customer Support Division (CSD) with various Business Verticals located across India.
- Additional Benefits: Reimbursement of Medical Insurance premium, Company PF, TA/DA (while on official duty), and Paid Leave as per extant rules.
- Apprenticeship: Apprenticeship in the relevant field (maximum one year) is considered as experience.
- Age Relaxation: 3 years for OBC; 10 additional years for PwBD candidates (with minimum 40% disability); 5 years for candidates domiciled in J&K from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989.
- Reservations: EWS/OBC (NCL)/PwD reservations as per Presidential directives. OBC certificate must not be older than one year from date of selection and must mention ‘Non-Creamy Layer’.
- Cut-off Date: Age and post-qualification experience calculated as on the date of selection.
- Single Application: Candidates can apply for only one category of post; multiple applications are not allowed.
