Selection Procedure

- Training Duration: 1 year (One Year Apprenticeship under Apprentices Act 1961).
- Eligibility: Only domicile residents of Madhya Pradesh are eligible.
- Stipend: Graduate Apprentice – Rs. 12,300/- per month; Technical (Diploma) Apprentice – Rs. 10,900/- per month. No other allowances/benefits are admissible.
- Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness certificate issued by the District Medical Officer. PwD candidates must submit disability certificate (minimum 40% disability) from authorized authority/District Medical Board.
- Leave Entitlement: 13 days casual leave, 15 days medical leave, and weekly/national holidays during training period.
- Accident Coverage: Workmen’s Compensation Act 1923 will be applicable in case of accident.
- No Job Guarantee: This is purely for apprenticeship training under Apprentices Act 1961, Section 22(1). It does not guarantee regular employment. MPEZ is not obligated to provide employment after training.
