- University Campuses: NSUT has its main Campus at Dwarka (145-acre campus), East Campus at Geeta Colony (formerly AIACTR), and West Campus at Jaffarpur, Najafgarh (formerly CBPGEC). Selected candidates may be posted/transferred to any campus.
- PwBD Reservations: 2 posts reserved for PwBD under Assistant Professor (1 DD, 1 Oth.) and 1 post for Associate Professor (1 VH). Only VH candidates for Associate Professor and DD & OTH candidates for Assistant Professor will be considered for reserved PwBD posts.
