Other Important Information
- Contract Duration: Initially for ONE year, extendable up to a maximum of FOUR years based on factory requirement and individual performance.
- Remuneration: Rs. 19,900 + DA (paid at 1/30th of basic pay per day for 8 hours work). Annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay subject to satisfactory performance.
- Allowances: Central DA, House Rent Allowance (as per city classification), Risk Allowance, Night Duty Allowance (in case of exigency).
- EPF: Personnel will be covered under EPF and Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923.
- Bonus: Eligible as per Bonus Act 1965 (if applicable).
- Leave: 30 days leave per year (2.5 days credited per calendar month). Leave can be accumulated up to 30 days and encashed after completion of one year.
- Training: AOCP Trade candidates from Government/Private organisations will undergo compulsory ONE MONTH in-house training. Feeder Trade candidates will undergo ONE MONTH in-house training + TWO MONTHS On-Job training before deployment.
- Not Eligible: PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disability) candidates are NOT eligible for this post.
- Not Entitled: Promotions, OT Allowance, Loans/Advances, Medical Facilities (except emergency), LTC/LTA, Study Leave, School Fee Reimbursement, Sponsorship for Higher Studies.
- Maternity Benefit: Female personnel entitled as per Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
- Termination: Employment can be terminated by giving one month’s notice by either party or payment of Basic Pay + DA in lieu of notice.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be subject to Courts/Tribunals situated in Nagpur only.
