Important Information:

  • Nature of Posts: All 3540 posts are contractual (Sanvida Aadharit) under Rajasthan College Education Society (Raj-CES) Hiring of Man Power Rules 2023.
  • Contract Duration: Initial contract appointment for maximum 5 years or till the expiry of the Society’s tenure, whichever is earlier. Extension possible for maximum 3 years at a time. Contract will not be extended beyond the date when the appointee completes 60 years of age.
  • Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 28,850/- per month (fixed) for all Teaching Associate posts. Monthly fixed remuneration is subject to change as per State Government orders.
  • Reservation: Horizontal reservation for Women (30% category-wise), Ex-Servicemen (5%), and PwD (4% total – 1% each for B/LVD&HH, LD/CP, ID/MI/SLD & Autism/MD). Vertical reservation for SC, ST, OBC, MBC, EWS as per Rajasthan Government norms.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 01-01-2027. Age relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/EWS/MBC (Rajasthan domicile) male – 5 years; General female – 5 years; SC/ST/OBC/EWS/MBC (Rajasthan domicile) female – 10 years; Widows/Divorced women – no upper age limit (subject to retirement age); Ex-servicemen – 15 years; PwD – 5 years additional over category relaxation.
  • OTR (One Time Registration): Candidates must complete OTR before applying. Previously registered candidates need not pay OTR fee again. OTR can be blocked if candidate remains absent in 2 or more exams in a financial year; penalty fee of Rs. 750/- for first block and Rs. 1500/- for second block.
  • Application Modification: Candidates can modify their online application during the application period and for 3 days after the application close date by paying Rs. 300/-. A second modification window of 7 days will be provided after the examination.
