Other Important Information
- Nature of Engagement: Contract basis, full-time. Not a regular job or appointment. No employer-employee relationship with RBI.
- Tenure: Initial tenure of 3 years, extendable based on mutual agreement for a total period not exceeding 5 years.
- Notice Period: 3 months by either party. During the first 6 months, either party can terminate without notice.
- Monthly Stipend: ₹1,50,000/- (fixed), subject to applicable tax deductions. No other allowances or benefits.
- Leave: 15 days per calendar year, accrued on a pro-rata basis. Leave cannot be carried forward.
- Working Hours: Regular working days and office hours of the respective Central Office Department. No extra compensation for overtime, weekends, or holidays.
- Residential Accommodation: Not provided by the Bank.
- Performance Review: Annual basis or at the end of the engagement period.
- Dispensary: Emergency dispensary facility (for self only) within office premises.
- No Compensation: In case of death, injury, or illness during tenure, neither the YP nor their dependents are entitled to any compensation or employment from the Bank.
- Medical Fitness & Police Verification: Required on selection.
- Place of Posting: Mumbai (Central Office Departments).
- Nationality: Indian citizens only.
