Other Important Information:
- Nature of Engagement: Purely temporary, on “Contract for Service” basis. Does not create any right for regular/permanent appointment or employer-employee relationship.
- Tenure: Initial tenure of 3 years, extendable up to 2 additional years (one year at a time) based on satisfactory performance. Maximum engagement period: 5 years.
- Minimum Age: 23 years. Candidates must be Indian Nationals.
- Annual Increment: 4%/7%/10% of monthly consolidated retainership fee based on annual performance.
- Leave: 18 days per year (1.5 days per completed month), no accumulation beyond calendar year.
- Accommodation: Outstation YPs may be provided company accommodation subject to availability (2-BHK at Rs. 3,000/month; YP-3 may get 3-BHK at Rs. 5,000/month). No HRA payable. Initial 3 months: SAIL Guest House at Rs. 200/day subject to availability.
- Medical Facility: OPD & IPD at Company-owned Hospital for self, spouse, and two dependent children free of cost. No medical referral facility.
- Self-Insurance: Mandatory. Reimbursement: YP-1 up to Rs. 20,000/year; YP-2 up to Rs. 25,000/year; YP-3 up to Rs. 30,000/year.
- Mobile/Broadband Expenses: YP-1: Rs. 800/month; YP-2: Rs. 1,000/month; YP-3: Rs. 1,200/month.
- Termination: During first 6 months: 7 days notice by either party. After 6 months: 1 month notice or 1 month retainership fee in lieu. Absence for 15+ days without sanction may lead to immediate termination.
- Joining: Within 30 days of offer. Subject to medical fitness and signing of contract agreement.
- Jurisdiction: Asansol/Durgapur, West Bengal.
- NOC Required: Candidates employed in Govt. Departments/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies must produce NOC at the time of Interview.
- Interview Travel Reimbursement: Single to-and-fro AC-2 Tier Rail fare from correspondence address to interview venue (if distance > 30 km each way).
- Joining Travel Reimbursement: YP-1 & YP-2: 2AC train fare from nearest railway station. YP-3: Airfare (economy)/1AC train fare from nearest railway station/airport.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. must be Regular/Full time with minimum 65% marks from Govt. recognised University/Institution.
