- Login using Registration Number and Password.
- Click ‘Apply’ link in SSA/UDC Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2025 section under ‘Live Exam’ tab.
- Fill in all required details including Department/Cadre/Service, joining date, length of service, etc.
- Capture live photograph as per instructions (no cap, mask, or spectacles; plain background; good lighting).
- Upload scanned signature in JPEG format (10–20 KB), dimensions approximately 6.0 cm x 2.0 cm.
- Upload required documents: certified copy of Service Book first page, particulars of service, educational qualification certificate, disability certificate (if applicable).
- Preview and verify all details before final submission.
- Submit the application online before 26.06.2026 (2300 hours).
- Take a printout of the submitted application form.
