- Enrollment Period: 02 years from the date of enrollment, extendable by 01 year at a time subject to satisfactory performance and project continuation by Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India.
- Rank on Enrollment: Ex-Servicemen and Ex-Women Employees (except JCOs) will be enrolled as Sepoy. Ex-JCOs and Class II or equivalent Ex-Women Employees will be enrolled as Naib Subedar. Promotion up to Subedar (JCOs) and Havildar (OR) may be granted subject to terms and conditions.
- Service Limits: JCOs can serve up to 55 years; OR can serve up to 50 years.
- Allowances: Children Education Allowance, Hill Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Road Mileage Allowance, etc. are admissible.
- No Pension/Gratuity/Increment: No pension, increment, or gratuity will be admissible for service rendered in CETF Bn (TA). Previous pension entitlement remains untouched.
