Here are the details regarding age relaxation for various categories:

1. SC/ST: Applicants belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) category are eligible for a relaxation of 5 years beyond the upper age limit, which extends beyond 30 years.
2. OBC: Candidates from the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category can avail a relaxation of 3 years beyond the upper age limit, beyond 30 years.
3. PWBD: Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD) have a relaxation of 10 years, subject to the condition that the maximum age of the applicant on the crucial date shall not exceed 56 years.
4. PWBD + OBC: PWBD belonging to the OBC category are eligible for a relaxation of 13 years, with the maximum age not exceeding 56 years on the crucial date.
5. PWBD + SC/ST: PWBD belonging to the SC/ST category can avail a relaxation of 15 years, with the maximum age not exceeding 56 years on the crucial date.
6. Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officers including ECO/SSCOs: There is a relaxation of 5 years for ex-servicemen and commissioned officers, including ECO/SSCOs. Detailed information is available in Annexure II.
7. Central Govt. Civilian Employees:
   • For Group B posts:
     • General/Unreserved employees with at least 3 years of regular and continuous service are eligible for a relaxation of 5 years.
     • OBC employees with 3 years of regular and continuous service can avail an additional relaxation of 3 years, totalling 8 years.
     • SC/ST employees with 3 years of regular and continuous service can avail an additional relaxation of 5 years, totalling 8 years.
