Nationality / Citizenship: Applicants must be a Citizen of India.
Period of Engagement: Individual Consultants will be engaged for a fixed period of two years which may be extended by one year at a time upto a maximum tenure of five years i.e. 2+1+1+1 years for providing high quality services on specific projects as per requirement of the verticals. However, their continuation in their respective position beyond the first and subsequent years, would be contingent on a satisfactory Annual Performance Review based on clearly defined Key Performance Indicators.
Nature of Engagement: Engagement will be on Contractual and Full – time basis during which the selected candidate is not allowed to take up appointment/engagement/assignment anywhere else.
