  • Or, candidates must have passed Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks, and they must have either already passed or are currently enrolled in a two-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
  • Or, candidates must have a Graduation degree and have either already passed or are currently enrolled in a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

For teaching classes six to eight

  • Have a Graduation degree and have either already passed or are currently enrolled in a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
  • Or, have a Graduation degree with at least 50% marks and have completed a one-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) or a two-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), and either have already passed or are currently enrolled.
  • Or, have a Graduation degree with at least 45% marks and have completed a one-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) or a two-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), and either have already passed or are currently enrolled, as per NCTE regulations.
